All the clubs who havent given their OCV dates..Kindly do so now...We should get this done..All the clubs from our zone..Plz pass it on to other presidents too..Thanks

Dear Presidents/ZRR's,
In view of the recent changes in the District schedule due to the terror attacks the following OCV's need to be rescheduled:
R.C.VPM's College(6/12/2008)
R.C.Vaze College(6/12/2008)
R.C.Ulhasnagar Midtown(7/12/2008)
R.C.Navi Mumbai Hillside(13/12/2008)
R.C.Dhanukar College(13/12/2008)
R.C.RJ College(14/12/2008)
R.C.SIES College.
These 7 clubs need to reschedule their ocv's
Following are the dates which are free for ocv's at the district end till conference
Saturday,December13,2008
Sunday,December14,2008
Saturday,December20,2008(after 3pm)
Saturday,December27,2008(only morning)
Sunday,December28,2008.
Saturday,January 3,2009
Sunday,January 4,2009
Saturday,January 10,2009(Morning)
Sunday,January 11,2009(Morning)
Saturday,January 17,2009.
Request all these clubs to intimate me with their ocv dates as soon as possible...please do co-ordinate with your ZRR's for the same.
ZRR's please co-ordinate with your clubs and help us arrange the ocv's also try and keep clubs close-by on the same day.Also all the other clubs in your zones who havent yet scheduled their ocv please help them do so asap.
Also request Rtr.Taroon to forward this mail to SIES college as no contact information is availiable in the District Directory
