Dear presidents and members,
As you all know that we had asked for your individual and clubs interest in various event in RED in order to achieve better allocation and avoid redundancy, we will now from tomorrow start the allocation of events and Karan, Arachana and I will communciate to the presidents of respective clubs as to what event they need to start preparing for.
Any issues and concerns you can get back to us anytime.
The allocation will be done on the resource availability in the clubs and on interest basis. It will be decided though mutually but the final call will rest in the hands of the 3 sub zone leaders just to avoid any sort of misunderstanding and confusion in our zone.
