Dear Friends,

I hope you all are Geared up for the RESONANCE – The 40^thAnnual Rotaract District Conference 2009 at Mount View Resort, Virar on 25th & 26th January 2009

Listed below are some important details for the conference. Please pass down to all the delegates coming for the conference

Transportation :

For the ease of all the Rotaractors, we are providing bus services for rotaractors from Thane and Virar Station.

The Timing are as follows:

Pls Note: Since there are only 2 buses from Thane Station (East), Delegates are requested to give the confirmationto Rtr.Aditi and Rtr. Harsh by friday for Proper arrangement of the same to avoid over crowding in buses. Any one giving late confirmation may have to catch the bus from Virar.

Buses from Virar

We would be providing buses after every 20 min from Virar Station (East) from 2.00p.m till 4.20 pm

The following items must be carried by every Delegate at the conference

Torch
Water bottle
Toilet kit including tooth brush, tooth paste and other necessary items
At least one set of night clothes, one towel and one napkin
One thin bed sheet as a pull over during sleeping
A windcheater or light sweater as the climate may be chilly in the evening or night
Swimming costume
Personal medication, if any required.

The main objective of the Conference is to have fun but keeping the Discipline part in it. Therefore discipline is a prime requisite and it has to be maintained at all times during the event

The Basic rules of discipline required to be followed are as follows:

Alcoholic beverages, use of tobacco products, and illegal substances are NOT permitted at the conference

Delegates are responsible for their own personal belongings. Please do not bring valuables

Girls and boys visiting or found in each other's rooms is strictly prohibited
Refrain from damage of any property of the resort or any other Delegates

Failure to comply with these regulations may result in strict action as decided by the DRR and District Secretary.
