Dear Presidents,

This is to inform you all that the last date to submit the R.I. Citation form to Rotary International is 15th April 2009.

The criteria laid down by the current Rotary International President Rtn. Dong Kurn Lee are given at http://www.rotary.org/RIdocuments/en_pdf/900a_en08.pdf

The form to be filled for acquiring the RI Presidential Citation can be found at the following link. http://www.rotary.org/RIdocuments/en_pdf/900c_en08.pdf

We, at the District Team, would be submitting all the forms collectively to the Rotary District Governor Rtn.Bansi Dhurandhar on 1st March 2009. The Last date for submitting the forms by the Rotaract Clubs to the District would be Saturday 28th Feb 2009 by 6.00 p m.

Rotaract Clubs who are not able to submitt the form by 28th would then need to do the procedures by themselves and send the forms to the R.I Office Delhi.

Pls Note: The District would not be able to take the responsibility of those club who are sending the form by themselves.

Rotaract Club of Mithibai College
Rotaract Club of Mumbai Shivaji Park
