Support for Amazon RDS / Aurora PostGres under the "trusted extension" scheme

Hi,

Is potential support for AWS RDS/Aurora under the "trusted extension" scheme (i.e. trusted extensions can be added to RDS instances) being considered at all? This would really consolidate some of our development efforts. We manage our own ElasticSearch clusters as it's cheaper than Amazon's appliance, but being able to index and query directly from our application databases would be incredible.
