I just changed th default user settings for how e-mails go to you to:

Users decide where their replies are sent.

so you should all check out your ability to set them the
way you want and get back to me if there are problems.

This means your e-mail client will come up with a message giving choices
such as "reply to all", "reply to list" etc. I suggest you just reply to
list as this will avoid multiple messages in people's inboxes.

Trying to fine tune this so it works for everyone.
