Hello Zohar Community,

Thank you everyone for being resilient to the issue with Cubberley's water main break issue. We are happy to announce the issue has been resolved!!!!

Schedule of classes were sent out earlier this week. Again, be mindful to check the MindBody site as it will reflect the most current changes, if any.

Please help us all welcome Kristine Elliott back to teaching her Ballet Classes. We have all missed her. And a huge thank you to Brooke Wertwijn, Tracy Fuller, Amrita Jade, Karina Eimon for covering all of Kristine's classes. We are so lucky to have such strong teachers who can help each other out. Thank you!

COLLEGE BOUND WORKSHOP - THIS SATURDAY!!! 2/7/26 @ 3:00 PM - 5:30PM
  • Are you interested in attending college in the performing arts? Transferring form a community college into a performing arts program? Are you wondering how college programs prepare you for the professional world?
  • Our instructors bring over 20 years of experience guiding high school students and their families through the college application process for theater and musical theater programs. In this workshop, you will gain clear, practical insight into what colleges are looking for and how to prepare with confidence. Participants will leave with valuable handouts, sample timelines and schedules, and a focused understanding of what both students and parents should prioritize at each stage of the journey.
  • Please share with students and their families!!! We have a really amazing group of former students who are in college and those who have graduated and are in the professional circuit. We want to give all students an opportunity to ask them questions about their processes, transitions, and what they would do differently or not, knowing what they know now. This is an incredible opportunity!
  • Zoom is available as well.

  • Saturday, April 18, 7:00pm - 8:30 pm
  • We need 4 volunteers for this event. Please contact Vivian at vsama...@gmail.com
  • Help us welcome the incredibly popular Dance Podcast: The Ballet Help Desk. The co-founders, Jenny and Brett, will be offering their first LIVE talk session. The Ballet Help Desk was born out of two moms who spent years trying to figure out how to support their dancing kids. From the competition circuit to ballet training to their professional careers, we stumbled along trying to support our kids in the best way we knew how. After several years on this path, they are ready to share what they have learned with you!
  • As parents, you play a crucial role in supporting your dancer's ballet path and we know navigating the world of ballet training can be challenging. The Ballet Help Desk is here to help.
  • We also invite studio directors and ballet teachers to hear & learn some very important information about the ballet world.
  • This event will be hosted by Dawn Sue. You can find her at Zohar as Ballet sub teacher, carpooling as a mom of three, more carpooling as a mom of a "bunhead", and at Zohar taking ballet classes.
