KRISTINE ELLIOTT
  • Just a brief update. Kristine's surgery went very well. Her doctor is happy with the outcome. Kristine is recovering well, too. We continue to send her our healing energy as she continues her rehabilitation.

  • Wednesday, October 22, 2025 Charles is out of town. There will be NO Floor Barre Wednesday morning.
  • A substitute instructor will be teaching the class, and we will share further details.
ZOHAR NYC GETAWAY 2025
  • A group of Zohar dancers has just returned to the Bay Area after attending Zohar's first-ever getaway! The trip was filled with laughter, memorable performances, incredible meals, and, most importantly, new friendships. We are deeply grateful for the joy, connection, and shared experiences that brought everyone closer together. The bonds formed on this trip will undoubtedly continue to enrich our studio and strengthen the Zohar community.
  • Thank you to our attendees: Elaine Phoutrides, Julie Ho, Monica Espinosa, Jan Penagos, Marilyn Adan, Terry Jacobs, Carolyn Koenig, Cathy Perman, Sandy Shirai.
  • We re-connected with some of our Zohar Alums: Paul Keoni Chun, Christina Morrissey, Samantha Belding, Kaitlin Harold, Julia Fung, Isabel Harding, Laura Garcia (Koenig).
  • We look forward to another one next year! Be on the lookout.
FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITIES
  • Thank you to all who have supported Zohar's fragrance-free policy. Please refrain from wearing perfumes or using scented personal care products while at the studio. Fragrance sensitivities can cause discomfort or health concerns for some individuals, and it is important that Zohar remain a safe and accessible environment for everyone.
  • If you have any further questions, please reach out to Daynee or Vivian.
Have a great week!

With gratitude,
Vivian Sam & Daynee Lai-Krauss
