For example if, you have znisms userid as ZNIUSER then ask your
customers to send

HI ZNIUSER and complete message TO 5676775

Kindly note there is an space between HI, ZNIUSER and your message

as soon as you received any incoming SMS, our system will send you an
e-mail with complete details of message. You can also check incoming
SMS log from our website after loggin into the control panel and
visiting "Incoming SMS" link.
