Joining the Team

Hi!

I'm terribly sorry for posting this on the group forum, but I can't
seem to get my e-mails through to the group for reasons unbeknowst to
me. I just want to inform you that I have taken the time to look
through the introductory presentations and will be joining the team as
a transcriber and proofreader. I look forward to working with
everyone!

Hi Sylvia!! welcome! : ) The group mail is moderated for 1st messages of newcomers until we change it. Now every message will arrive immediately : ) In the "Proofreading in prog." tab of the videos table ( http://wiki.zmlingteam.org/w/Linguistic_Team_Media_Center/Videos ) there are some videos that are small and to which no one started the 1st round of proofreading yet. This is my suggestion for your first proofreading. Post on the forum thread for that project (3rd column), open the working location (last column) and click on "transcribe video". Use the "notes" link (7th column) to share anything you find important for other proofreaders/translators to know.
