BUG not backing correctly

Dear admin,

I was currently using the software zmbackup, which all was good but i found it odd it was doing the backup really quick, when i checked i saw that the backup was only 13 gigs when i alone have 1 mailbox with 18gigs then did another full which was 11 gigs then i knew things were not right. So i restore the mailbox with the 18 gigs and only restore 1gig so not sure whats the issue?
