About incremental Backup.

Hello every one I am new to this field and I am trying to take backup of the mails form the zimbra.

The secnario is I am trying to take full backup every sunday and it works fine. 

The problem is with the incremental backup which i run every day. 

During the duartion between every full backup is 1 week. And during this period uers receive a lot of mails and do a lot mail activity.

The problem is the incremental backup only backs up new account if that is created and does nothing with the existing account. The mails are only updated in the full backup.

I want incremental backup to update mails received by the users until the next full backup is executed.
