Zimbra 1.2.2 not taking backups

Hi,

I have installed zmbackup on my Zimbra installation and it is not taking backups. The error I see is:

$ zmbackup -f

ERROR - Can't extract accounts from LDAP - See log for more information

Nothing to do. Closing...

$ zmbackup -l

+---------------------------+------------+----------+----------------------------+

grep: /opt/zimbra/backup/sessions.txt: No such file or directory

Zimbra version

$ zmcontrol -v

Release 8.7.5.GA.1764.UBUNTU16.64 UBUNTU16_64 FOSS edition.

Zmbackup version

$ zmbackup -v

zmbackup version: 1.2.2

Just to add, /var/log/messages file doesn't exist. In syslog, I see this error:

May 19 03:28:28 mail ***[4346]: Zmbackup: MAILHOST not informed - setting as 127.0.0.1 instead.

May 19 03:28:28 mail ***[4352]: Zmbackup: EMAIL_SENDER not informed - setting as ***@xyz.com instead.

May 19 03:28:28 mail ***[4364]: Zmbackup: LDAP - Can't extract accounts from LDAP - Error below:

May 19 03:28:28 mail ***[4365]: Zmbackup: ldap_sasl_bind(SIMPLE): Can't contact LDAP server (-1)

May 19 03:28:28 mail ***[4401]: Zmbackup: Mail sended to ***@xyz.com to notify about the backup routine conclusion.

May 19 03:28:28 mail ***[4404]: Zmbackup: Excluding the temporary files before close.
