Hi,
I'am using zmbackup on a multi-server installation with two zimbra store servers.
the zmbackup is installed on both servers, knowing that one install is sufficient to backup all accounts.
Problems faced :
1 - When I changed the number of parallel backup processes which can started from 3 to 5, I got these errors on /var/log/messages
Zmbackup:
acc...@example.com - --2018-11-18 11:48:20-- 172.16.19.31#012Connection to (
zimbrastore1.example.com)|172.16.19.31|:7071...connected.#012request HTTP transmitted, waiting for response...
429 Too Many Requests#0122018-11-18 11:48:20
ERROR 429: Too Many Requests some accounts were saved other the tgz was null and there were not error reported on the notification mail, as everything was good. I revert back to 3 parallel processes and all went well, but this made me unease... is there a way to get more processes in parallel since I have 8 cores per store?
2 - The incremental backup takes a very long time to finish in comparison with a full backup, thaw we don't have much data for now, we are preparing a migration and we're testing with 10 account and more or less of 5Gb of data, a full backup took 7 minutes while an incremental backup took 4 hours!!! any idea?
Regards.
