How to restore a Single email accounts messages using Zmbackup

Dear Sir,

I am unable to restore email messages/contents of single email account of zimbra open source edition 8.8.1.1 with zimbra backup version 1.2.3.

Please advice , which command i should use for this purpose.

I use below command, but it restore email contents/ messages of ALL the email accounts.

zmbackup -r inc-20190122165141  -a  myac...@mydomain.com

Please share the zmbackup commands mannual , if you can.
