Hi! : ) Can anyone tell me how to send a mass mail on pootle to the whole team? How do i fill in these: {username} = to be replaced by the user's nickname {email} = to be replaced by the user's mail address {lang_name} = to be replaced by the language code (e.g. English) {lang_code} = to be replaced by the language code (e.g. 'en' is the code for English) ...just like that goes to everyone in the team that i fill in in the code? hugs, rodrigo (nomada) Skype username: azoreno ZM Linguistic Team - English Dep't Uppsala, Sweden We can only unify the World into a Resource Based Economy if we translate the message into all languages or teach everyone the same idiom. I believe the email is only send to the users that are in the language list that you are coordinator of...

Maybe Ray is able to send emails to ALL of the pootle users.

The tags are used to display the individual information of each person you send the email to.

For example if you send the following mass to both John an Bob:

"Hello {name}!

You are a member of the {lang_name} team."

John from Portugal will receive his email like this:

"Hello John!

You are a member of the Portuguese team."

And Bob from Germany wil see his email like this:

"Hello Bob!

You are a member of the German team."

no lol,
you don't have to add NOONE. you write your email with those tags (ex:  {username}) and click send.
And each receiver will get a personalized copy of your email
