NetBeans might be an easily extensible platform which is supported by

I created an account with java.net and then created a team tzm-testbed (TZM Testbed).  You can download NetBeans and sign in with your java.net username.

Can we record teamspeak meetings and make them available for people who miss the meeting?  I imagine we could have some volunteers use http://www.downloadvance.com/audacity/ software and then we can determine how to make that audio available.

Hi Gavin,
This is being done, there is a bot someone created to work with teamspeak. If you search "tzm teamspeak bot" you will probably come across it. I am not sure where the meetings are being archived though, I'm pretty sure there is a link in the group here somewhere.
Best,
J~

There is a little application written called 'Fresco' that takes the
wav file from the teamspeak recording and uploads it to archive.org

Tis might be what you are referring to.
