The Law Society is in a process of consolidating its membership database and have accordingly decided to target specifically members outside Zimbabwe as in the past they haven’t really been benefitting from any activities organized by the Law Society.We are therefore creating a profile form for members to complete and the same can be accessed through a link on our website. We will forward the link shortly.So may you widely approach many members in your area as you can .We will be grateful to receive a list of names and contact details .
This exercise aims at
1.Creating and widening networking amongst our membership
2.Wider participation of all members in all Law Society activities
3.Inclusion on the global mailing list wherein members receive updates, notices and varied information( some information may not immediately apply to members outside Zimbabwe but they will be appraised of currents events and developments.
4.Tapping into expertise of membership outside Zimbabwe wherein members are approached according to their expertise and area of specialty to present papers at various workshops and seminars
5.Mobilising attendance of members specifically at annual Schools
We therefore request that in the meantime you be our contact and focus person. We kindly request that you consider our request and give us feedback and possibly suggest how the interaction can be improved or sustained. As we interact we will send you a calendar of member activities and you are free to make suggestions as to how you can make an in put.
