Dear All,

Further to QT12 inspection on 7/8/2024, the result of the AIS's inspection as follows:

1) CSLS - PASSED without comments

- The link below is for QT12 documents and draft for submitting letter from MRTC in word file is attached for onward submission to MRTC.

2) IVS2 - FAILED, need to reinspect due to AIS's comments as below.

 

i. Missing chamber for scour valve and the pipe marker need to rectified.

 

ii. Need to confirm the tapping valve location. Discrepancies on the location of pipe marker and sluice valve at site with as-built plan.
