Dear All,
Please pass this message to your team members.
When you are emailing the soft copies of drawings and documents to our DC Team for submission, appreciate if you can put the Transmittal number/ DVR number/ DRR number/ Report number (any one of those reference number, we do not need all of them) in the email subject. This will enable our DC Team to do a search for the emails more efficiently. At the moment, with the 100s of emails coming in per day, it is difficult for our DC to match the emails with the hard copy transmittals.

Dear all,
In my view point, I woulk like to recommend all the submissions to AECOM shall be though EMDS, i.e. Aconex, for tracing and record in ease.
There will be only unique Transmittal/ Memorandum numbering for the said documents if Aconex does work between parties.
Otherwise please be elaborated to define the convention of numbering in email subject for DDCs to adhere to.
