Now RFC Pages and ELPA is in ZJU Mirrors!
Request for Comments Pages include the Memos in the Requests for Comments (RFC) document series contain technical and organizational notes about the Internet.
ELPA is GNU Emacs Lisp Package Archive, the default package repository for GNU Emacs.
Both are synced from upstream twice a day.
