Now ZJU Mirrors has an updated monitoring system.
The system can continuous monitor all major distros' sync time
difference using the distro's timestamp, and alert developers if
anything went wrong.
Currently, developers will receive an alert if any distro is behind the
root server for more than 18 hours, and the alert will be forwarded to
this mailing list if the problem is not solved after another 12 hours.
