Mirrors Autoindex Change

We have made some change to mirrors autoindex feature. Now the autoindex will use human readable file size instead of exact file size, and because of most of users of mirrors.zju.edu.cn is live in UTC+8, we now use UTC+8 to generate the autoindex timestamp. If you find you have any trouble because of this changes, please open an issue at issue tracker.
