Samsung x28 rev 2: Black bars

I saw a previous post of this issue from the notifications. Funny enough, soon after seeing it the black bars on each side of my screen for 4k 120hz starting happening. At first I could restart my PC to fix it, but now the black bars won't go away. Tried taking out DP's and plugging back in and still same issue.

And just a side note: I got 2 brand new Display ports I bought 2 months ago in there.

This is a hardware issue that, if simple messing around with it doesn't resolve, requires board level repair.  I'll work with you to swap your board.
