x39 kit having issues.

Been using my x39 kit in my Seiki SE39UY04 for awhile now, got one of the early rev 2.0 kits, one day I turned it on and its was bright, washed out, and had horrible trailing on everything. I tried resetting the TCON, no change. Is this a known issue? I can set it back up and add some pics if needed.
