I binded a key to do it but when I release that key it stops mouselooking.
Is there a special set of comands etc. that I have to set up in config?
If so, any info would be great.

I never knew you could have mouselook permantly on in Quake by using
+mouselook. I've always had to configure mouselook as [END], remove the
keycap and then jam a biro into it to keep the switch pressed. Either that
or use [left-shift] and use a packet of rizla's/a screw/a spoon/ a coin/ a
bit of carpet/ anything that comes to hand etc etc to jam the key down.
