S3 backup doesn't happen when zipline runs nightly under cron

I'm using Host Gator's shared service, and setup your scripts last
month to regularly backup my websites and MySQL databases. Local
backups run with no problem, but my weekly and monthly backups to S3
are not happening as expected.

If I manually execute the ziplinebackup script from the terminal, I
can confirm that it does upload to S3. One oddity there, however, is
that the database backup from the MySQL backup script will get
uploaded to S3 any day I manually run zipline, even when daily online
backups are turned off.

Hello Jason,

I am in the middle of a pretty major overhaul of the script!  It will hopefully function the exact same way that the current one does now, but it will be a lot more stable.  I would wait until 0.5 comes out, then we can work on what issues you are having.
