Implementing Quantopian algo on a local machine using zipline with price

Hi Jun,

As far as algorithms go, this one is quite complicated. It uses factors, machine learning and retraining. It also uses the Optimization API, which is not available in Zipline. Therefore, the algo as written for QT cannot [currently] be ported to Zipline. If you give me a general idea of what you are trying to do I might help you.

I did it for china A exchange, it work in zipline env
