Development Guidelines - Updates?

Hi,

thank you for keeping zipline alive :)

I would need some features that you cover nicely in your package. However, I would rather run in a spark environment and forked your repo.It seems your testing is moving from nose to pytest and I am not entirely sure the Development Guidelines are still fully accurate.

Anyhow, build succeeds but testing fails so any pointers would be helpful so that I can setup my fork effectively.
