ATTN: repository rename for Java base image

Hi, folks.

Mostly long time no see!! I've been working a lot of docker updates,
lately. Targeting things like JDK 15 and also trying to revise
automated testing (Rag setup the first of it!)

While we are not a java "supplier" our base java image is posted to
dockerhub. I've a plan to rename it for JDK15 forward so in case you
are curious or care
