The new version of Zipeg doesn't open partial RAR downloads. V8 was very
useful to preview a few RAR files without downloading the whole set I
can start an extraction, go to the download folder, copy the partial
extract before it fails and save enough to preview the file. I can't do
that with V9. It would be much more useful if a partial extraction
wasn't deleted when it crashes.

I hope this release candidate might work:
give it a try and let me know if it fixes the problem.
