Pop Field trip to National Library

I would like to ask  permission if the 4th yr. could go to National Library on January 23, 2013 (Wednesday ). This trip is in line with their research work in English. This  also serves an opportunity for them to practice their library skills.                                                              Thank you and I do hope for your positive response over this matter.

The ff. are the details of the trip:

Departure Time : 7:30 a.m.

Transportation: Jeepney                          fare: Php 170

Estimated Time of Arrival ( in school ) : 4 pm

Note: Seatwork will be given to the classes that I won't be able to attend to.

    8:30 - 10:00     English 6  ( to be supervised by Sir Roland )

    10:20 - 10:55

    1:20 -  3:05   HEKASI 5 ( to be supervised by Ms. Judith )

The admin is asking for a written waiver signed by the parents that the school is not liable to any untoward incidents that will happen in this trip.
