    Presided by : Mrs. Cynthia Mabini

    Objectives of FOOD FAIR 2013

    1.  to develop entrepreneurship

    2.  to encourage love for work

    3.  to develop the value of integrity and honesty

Venue :  Cypress covered court

 Date :     February 16, 2013

Assembly  Time:  6:00 a.m.  Mabini and satff ( setting up of sound system )

                             6:30 a.m.  Teachers and assigned students
                             7:45 a.m.   The rest of the students. ( Note: Students will go directly to the venue )
 Attire: PRIMARY :              any YELLOW shirt

            INTERMEDIATE:     any RED shirt

            HIGH SCHOOL:      any  GREEN shirt

            TEACHERS  :          any BLUE  shirt

PROGRAM   ( will start at exactly 8:00 a.m. )

I.  Opening Prayer :  Ms. Digna valencia

II. Philippine National Anthem

III. Welcome Remarks / Introduction of the Speaker:  Mrs. Cynthia Mabini

IV. Inspirational Talk :  Pastor Apuzen ( Note: If Pastor Apuzen can't make it, Mrs. Mabini will  give the inspirational talk )

V.  Presentation of Booths :  Student Representatives

VI. Presentations

      Faculty ( winning group during the Christmas Party )

      Grade 6

      Grade 7

      Grade 4

      3rd Year

      Grade 5

      4th Year

    *  BINGO

      2nd Year

      Primary

     *BINGO

 There will be games in-between special numbers. Ms. Bliss was tasked to prepare games that will cater from Preschool to high school  

  students.

 

* The teachers have to list down the things needed for their levels' booths.

*  Chits are already available in the office.Should the students opt to avail  of chits ahead of time, the teachers keep them first to prevent 
    losses.
*   Entrance fee will be charged for students and visitors.
    
            Entrance  Fee:
                     STUDENTS    Php 10
                      VISITORS      Php 20
