Hi,

I am a Pro Member but now cannot edit the content.

When I press the edit button I get a blank screen.

Is anyone else getting this problem and does anyone know
a solution.

Thanks,

Merv Stevens

Hello again Merv,

I wonder which browser you are using. I just tried using a different browser and was able to operate the Edit function. Therefore I am assuming it is something to do with the default browser settings which will need further investigation.

Meanwhile, I switched from Chrome to Firefox in order to continue working successfully. I would suggest this as a temporary workaround for the moment. I will update this post if/when I have some further information.

Regards, Paul.

Hello Merv,

Yes, I'm seeing the same problem right now. I'm not sure what the issue is but I'll investigate and report back.

Regards, Paul.

Update #1

The problem appears to be confined to recent versions of the Chrome browser and is platform dependent, i.e. it works on some systems but not on others. Hopefully this issue will soon be resolved in newer releases of Chrome.

Meanwhile, if you are experiencing this issue in Windows for example and don't want to switch browsers, you could install the Chrome plug-in extension "IE Tab". This enables Zinepal to function correctly (in Windows IE mode) within Chrome. I have tested this particular workaround successfully.

Paul.

I have tried several browsers and FireFox is the only one I am finding that is working to a "degree". There appears to be a lot of issues since I renewed my account. Not that FF is allowing me to do any editing, I am not able to change the font style of the text. All these issue can't possible be the result of the browsers, can it? I am losing my love, please advise  :(:(

The browser problem has been fixed.

It should now work with Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers on Windows desktop systems.

There is still a remaining issue issue with Chrome browser on Chromebooks, which is being addressed by the browser developers. We will provide an update when this status changes.
