Can't access more than 25 posts

How do I retrieve all my blog posts from Blogger, rather than just 25? Where/how do I expand the number of downloadable posts? I've been to Settings, clicked on what I think is appropriate (changed the setting to "full") but problem remains in Zinepal.

The default setting on your blog site is apparently 25. For blogger.com you need to locate and modify the parameter "max-results".

In your case, you can either change the value on your blog site or temporarily override it in Zinepal by adding the parameter "max-results=50" (example for 50 posts) to your URL as follows:

www.your-blog-page/feeds/posts/default/?max-results=50

You can try this on your own blog site substituting whatever value you need for "max-results". 

There are also other parameters which will allow you to select a range of posts by date, etc. You will find those details somewhere in the blogger.com documentation.

Please note that future releases of your blogging platform may require a different solution.
