All articles keep disappearing from my book

I'm stuck. I like the idea of your app but it's unusable, I can't understand why it randomly clears all of my book's stories while I'm editing articles.

This is the fourth time it happens, I can't believe it. 

After I edit an article, I click the save button and some times it loads forever, never taking me back to the edit articles screen. If this happens and I try to reload the page after, say, one hour, Zinepal tells me I have no articles in my book.

Now, I paid for a book credit and can't use it at all. How is it possible? Why, even if I'm logged in, isn't there some sort of option to save my book?

Where are my articles saved? Isn't there a way to recover my latest book setup? This is crazy! It's DAYS that I'm trying to complete this book and have to start over and over again!
