There has been an influx of cake makers in Harare, with some players being fly-by nighters and contributing to lowering the standards of cake making and confectionary. The purpose of Cake Expo is to showcase the high level of standards that exist amongst cake makers. Exhibiting at this event will present a platform for Cake Specialists to establsih a presence in the market place. A people's choice prize will be award for the most outstanding decorated cake.
