It was created by a guy called Shaun T who is a personal trainer and very well respected. In fact, many Hollywood celebrities use Shaun as their personal trainer to help them get in shape for their movie roles.
The Insanity Workout program itself is primarily a cardio workout which utilizes both interval training and plyometrics to maximize the results you can gain in a very short period of time!
The workout program is split into two monthly programs and comes with 6 DVD’s and 10 workouts.
