In the case of endpoint security (EPS5) product, all that is required on the LAN is a PC with internet access and a static IP in order to load “Admin-console + update server” package.
The other client machines are then installed from the “admin-console” machine via the LAN, or you can build an installer file on the admin console machine to distribute on disc or flash stick to install on client machines on the LAN. Client machines can run any operating system, from Win XP through to Windows 8 64 bit.
The client machines will then receive all antivirus program / signature updates from the admin-console/update server PC. In the case of large networks, we can setup multiple update servers on the LAN so that load is evenly distributed across machines on the LAN.
In the event that a laptop is removed from the LAN, the IS2013 has a “roaming-update” feature so that the machine receives updates directly from the Quickheal servers.
We can have keys available for all products, for however many users you require, within 24 hours.
Please remember to uninstall any existing AV software prior to installing.
This assumes that “endpoint” client machines have no existing antivirus installed, and that they are free of any viruses.
