HOME BASED CARE

We provide Live-in Nurses , Day and Night Nurse aides for the Home Based Care Patients including pre-arranged Home Visits and Counseling sessions under Terms and Conditions as below:       .

Nursing Duties

The Nurse Aide, beside the day to day Patient care, will perform the following duties:

·         Monitor Patient condition routinely and act accordingly in emergency situations.

·         Report immediately any worsening condition of the Patient.

·         Ensure medicines are taken as prescribed.

·         Ensure Patient environment is clean at all times.

·         Assist Patient with bathroom and toilet use.

·         Ensure that Patient is comfortable at all times.

Perform limited domestic duties that are complimentary to the Patient's well being.

 Rates - Nurse Aides

Our hourly rates are as follows:-            

Day duty (07.00Hrs to 16.00Hrs ) ....AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST

Night Duty(16.00Hrs to 07.00Hrs)....AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST          

*Night rates apply for weekends

*Double rates apply for Holidays

Deposit

A nominal deposit payable to the Agency is normally required before commencement of services. This can however be waivered at the Agency's discretion.

Transport

The above rates exclude transport allowance at current public rates per round trip and is payable to the Nurse Aide on duty by client.

Accommodation and Meals

The client provides accommodation and meals for the Nurse Aide on duty.

WE ARE GEARED TO PROVIDE SERVICES THAT ARE TAILOR MADE TO SUIT DIFFERENT CLIENTS' SITUATIONS. ALL OUR NURSE AIDES ARE VETTED AND TRAINED BY ST JOHNS AND RED CROSS TO PERFORM DAY AND NIGHT CARE DUTIES ON A SHIFTWORK BASIS UNDER A HOME SUPERVISED ENVIRONMENT.
