Beginners Icing Course starting soon, ( Intermediate and Advanced Courses for those wanting to continue on from the Beginners Course).
These courses are designed to teach students how to do cake decorating in a professional manner, starting at a beginners level. Sugar flower courses also available. This course is designed for the advanced icier who has knowledge of the different techniques used in the making of sugar flowers. Classes are kept small, maximum six students. All courses are 10 weeks.
