close by. A lack of finance by the owner is the reason for sale. I
would urge any interested parties to take their own samples for lab
tests. The owner is happy to settle at a reasonable price to keep both
parties happy.

I am looking to do a JV with dump owners. We will be arriving with 6 dump processors on Thursday next week and are looking to set up fruitful JVs that can commence immediately.
