In line with the Logframe check list, may you kindly send the clear
budget notes so that i will be able to study it adequately.

On the issue of shipment of computers, kindly note that we now have as
PVO/ welfare number that makes us duty exempt.Also the issue of a
programmes car, may now be easy because it will not be dutiable.


If you could as well source for us high quality cameras on your
imminent visit so that each officer will be able to pictorially
document the field experiences.

We are considering officially launching Trinity Project sometime in
November. And for that purpose we require some funds. We would be happy
if you may bless us with funds and your presence.

 We are also considering broadening our services into some kind of
holistic child protection programmes inclusive of livelihoods, child
headed homes, educational sponsorship because assisting the children
access legal documents is alone not enough as other programmes like
BEAM do not absorb all deserving and vulnerable children. We intend to
use this launch  as scope broadening fora.

We intend to invite diversified  child protection stakeholders, hence
this event if it succeeds will be a good publicity fora.
