Trinity Project.
 
We have reviewed your MOU, and note that it does not have a clause
relating to "conflicts of interest" - please refer to clause 4.d.iv of
the Grant Agreement between DFID and ZET.  I would be grateful if you
could insert the relevant clause and re-submit for approval.
