Hi Alex,

I am so sorry for being an utterly useless volunteer. There’s been drama with my dissertation so everything is a bit fraught at the moment. And unfortunately I can’t make tonight as I have to attend a workshop in York. I am still able to help with Kirkgate on the 11th and will able to recruit a couple of monthly donors - just need to know where and how people can sign up to it. Again, so sorry to everyone.

Hi Alex,

Im afraid I cant attend tonight as I'm working. In terms of an update from my part:

• I am waiting on a rough estimate for the shipping of the computers. It would be useful if you could let me know how many computers there are and roughly how one weighs.

• I have started sending out emails to Universities regarding the idea of them sending us old computers etc.

• Finally I have written another page for the Friends of ZET page. Could you please ask the group for ideas for the prize draw. There dosent seem to be any African restaurants unless anyone else can?

Hey

Doubt you'll get this in time for the meeting, but I've just uploaded
two files to the fundraising folder on the dropbox - 'Diaspora Business
Contacts' and 'Diaspora PR Contacts'.

On just made a start on both lists. Business contacts for fundraising,
and PR contacts for trying to raise profile within Zimbabwean community,
hopefully bring in more donations. Will need to discuss a plan for how
to best approach this.
