Hi all,

Hope everyone is well. We have a deadline at the end of the month for reporting to DFID regarding progress on our fundraising Action Plan. I've attached a copy of the previous progress report (the only relevant section now is 'Goal 3 - To meet ZET’s financial obligations for the next two years ').

Areas which need immediate attention are:

• Approaching local businesses for donations to contribute towards 2014 costs (we're £110 short of the target for this)
• Approach businesses in the Zim diaspora community for contributions towards 2014 costs (there is a list of contacts in the Dropbox, the target is £500)
• We still need to recruit around 10 more monthly donors
• We need to address the Global Giving strategy and make sure it is being implemented.
• Cash flow analysis (Vuli got a template from VAL, we can complete this when he returns from Zim).

Is anybody able to help out with, or take responsibility for any of these areas? If so, please let me know ASAP so that we can ensure that each of these areas is addressed before the end of the month.
