Using JLINK to add a minimized JRE to a program jar

I need to package a reduced JRE with my java program. Unfortunately, I am having difficulties grasping the process --and that inspite of the many tutorials I have viewed. Do we have anyone in our group that knows how to use JLINK (within Zulu OpenJDK 17)? I do  appreciate any advice or guidance. I use NetBeans 17 IDE and work within Windows 10 Pro 22H2. I can submit the program source files if needed.
