Router mode

Hello,

  thank you for this library, it's great!

I wonder if it's possibile to connect different instances of zigbee4java Consoles, my idea is to set one as coordinator, the others as routers.

I can see that the console is configured by default as Coordinator, I'd like to write a RouterConsole that joins the existing pan, defined by the coordinator.

I tried to initialise the ZigBeeNetworkManagerImpl as Network.Router, but for some reason the device starts as Coordinator. 

Any hints?

There was a SYS_RESET just after the type Router config. Fixing this I went a little further.
