Hi,

You mentioned hardware support only TI
1. http://www.ti.com/tool/cc2531emk (NOTE: Buy two if you want to use another as packet sniffer.)
2. http://www.ti.com/tool/cc-debugger

I would like to know the support for digi xbee modules
http://www.digi.com/products/xbee-rf-solutions/modules

Has anybody tried on Digi modules ?

What needs to be done to if it is not supported ?

Thanks,
Kiran.

Hi

Here is some discussion related to this:

The solution is not exactly trivial due to internal design of zigbee4java but doable with extensive refactoring.

Hi

As long as the Xbee S2 module supports Zigbee Home Automation profile you should be good to go. Just make sure security and channel settings are initially same in the dongle and the devices. Then you just start your dongle and enable joining through zigbee4java console. After this the devices should join the network automatically.
