ERROR Dongle configuration does not match the specified configuration.

I'm trying to run an example of code using the zigbee4java. For this i'm using a cc2531 texas instrument dongel flashed by a cc Debugger and Flash Programmer tool.
But when i'm trying to run the example i obtain the following error :
ZigBee API starting up...14:42:35 431 INFO Initialized ZigBee network with new or reset network state.
14:42:36 580 WARN The PanId configuration differ from the PanId configuration in use: in use 373E, while the configured is 1357.
The ZigBee network should be reconfigured or configuration corrected.
14:42:36 596 ERROR Dongle configuration does not match the specified configuration.
Please, can somone help me to find the solution ?

I am also getting the same issue!!
I tried setting the reset network to true but the issue still remains the same!
Can someone help me out?
